Monitor Ratings How Do They Figure TV Ratings?

How do they figure TV ratings? - monitor ratings

Is there something special has to be connected to your TV, controlling what you see? Or "she", just follow what you see the whole world? Or "opinion" discovered by the survey?

They call Neilsen ratings, because the system was developed by Nielsen Media Research. They collect information in 2 ways.

To make First, families that have decided to conclude a Protocol on their listening habits. The details of the family, what they saw from the time of day.

Secondly, there is one thing (one meter is called, I believe) that connect to your TV and show them what I saw and when. The password is much better than the magazines like people or they are located.

Take these statistics and see what I saw. And that shows the exchange rate.
