Help! Being vegan is making me lose too much weight!? - balance bars vegan
Hello, I'm 17 years old. I changed my vegetarian vegan for three months and lost a lot of weight .. This is not really good for me because I'm 5'8 "and 104 pounds) (very low birth weight." m afraid the beginning. 112 pounds before I go vegan and want to win again. I'm not a junk-food vegan, so I know I'm the nutrients you need, I eat balanced meals with meat and dairy substitutes exercises. Yesterday I had the flour porridge for breakfast, a little "chicken" burger patty spinnach to lunch with and a plate of rice and beans for dinner and ate a snack with Bananna the late afternoon. This is a routine. Even eating vegan chocolate cake. Is this normal? Does anyone have any suggestions? If possible, I get the bar brand weight gain safe food and vegan. I fear having a heart attack or something like that to be so thin. Maybe I'm to go back, a vegetarian, to the weight of the egg-milk fat should be added to or what to do?

This is because vegans is totally artificial. You should try to take food for themselves, believe it or not, our bodies were designed to eat all sorts of things (like meat ... oh!)

Eat plenty of nuts. All proteins in them that makes me very rapidly in weight if I eat a lot. Nuts for peanuts, almonds, cashews. NUTS!
